Terms of Service

PolarHub provides access to digital intangible goods and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. By purchasing any subscription, license key, or access to our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All purchases constitute the acquisition of digital, non-tangible goods.
• Once a license key is redeemed, activated, or the subscription period has begun, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction, game updates, account bans, or technical issues.
• By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right.

PolarHub services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
• Target platform updates (including but not limited to Roblox game updates, anti-cheat patches, or API changes) may temporarily or permanently affect service functionality.
• We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or loss of functionality caused by third-party platform updates.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

By using PolarHub, you accept 100% responsibility for all consequences arising from your use of our services, including:

• Any and all game account suspensions, bans, or terminations on Roblox or any other platform.
• Loss of in-game currency, items, progress, or virtual assets.
• Any actions taken by game developers or platform operators against your account(s).

PolarHub is a tool provider. We provide automation technology; we are not responsible for how users choose to deploy or utilize this technology. You agree to hold PolarHub, its owners, operators, and affiliates completely harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services.

Your license to use PolarHub is subject to the following restrictions:

• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of our software.
• No Redistribution: You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, lease, or resell your access or license keys to any third party.
• No Cracking: Any attempt to bypass, crack, or circumvent our licensing, authentication, or security systems is strictly prohibited.
• HWID Locking: All licenses are bound to your Hardware ID (HWID). Unauthorized transfers or attempts to bypass HWID verification will result in immediate license revocation.

Violation of any license restriction will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim against PolarHub is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate and permanent HWID blacklist across all PolarHub services.
• Termination of all active licenses and subscriptions without refund.
• Permanent ban from future purchases and access to PolarHub.
• Potential legal action to recover disputed funds, administrative fees, and damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PolarHub shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties.
• Binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction, if negotiation fails.
• The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

By using PolarHub, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where PolarHub operates and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
